Identity Crises of sLave indian family

What non-nuetral feminist brand as their problem, is actually a problem that Indian males encounter in the eyes of law. That is the problem of Identity crises. Ask those women who are the sisters of innocent brother who is behind bars. Ask those women who dreamt to have a 'daughter' in daughter-in-law but alas was treated as the misbranded mother in law by D-I-L. Ask those daughters who with the help of law, [that identifies women as only innocent and by default rules out any possibility of being guilty] had lied against their own blood (and later confessed).

In other words the Indian law in this case is quite generalizing. For a better explanation lets get Back to Basics, i.e my 1st article where I started from. I wrote about 4 cases where the law need not take care in First 2 cases, since they can take care of the situations themselves. Case 3 is recognized where the husband is like Rakshash and wife is like Sita. But the Identity crises starts with the case 4, as law refuses to identify this combination where the girl is like surpanakha and guy is like Ram. And treats the couple under the case 3 identification only. They infact need a Separate Identity in this 'Democratic and Republic Atmosphere'.

Now the Definitions: (as per the oxford)

Democracy: (noun), Government by all the people, direct or representative; form of society ignoring hereditary class distinctions and tolerating minority views.

Republic: (noun), A State in which supreme power is held by the people or its elected representatives or by elected or nominated president, not by monarch etc; (fig.)society with equality between members.

Americans choose one of these (republicans or democrats), every 4 years. Where as in India? Well… They claim they take best of both sides. But, since nothing is perfect, negatives also come attached along with this bhelpuri. In one such case the best goes to one gender and the loop holes come to the other.

How?
Someone gets all the identity of being protected and other is on the end of making perpetual favors by some virtues called duties. I call this as over fencing.
Every time we talk about our innocence there are loads of people with statistics to support stating that there are so many dowry deaths etc etc etc. Hey wait!!! I did not tell them neither to give nor take dowry. Why should I bear the burden of those? Infact I belonged to the brigade of those who supported the ruthless law that punished the culprits. (with a little knowledge of its misuse) till it was about to be tried on me and my innocent parents. So I realized that we need a Separate Identity. According to me there should be nothing like majority or minority as guilty has to be punished with no strings attached and not victims at any level.

But for the sake of understanding let us analyze the case in the purview of definitions of Democracy and Republic:
A) Minority Report : Now, as per the statistics that femilitants give, for the moment let us accept their attested theory which states that "actual cases are in majority and there are rare cases of 498A misuse”, Then as per that statement the victims like us fall under minority and the definition states that Democracy is all about tolerating (accept) minority views too. Now I am sure you all will start supporting the idea of Republicans. But well in that case too nobody should be denied of justice.
B) Ignoring Hereditary views : On this point the daughters have rightly got their share in the parental property, now also let us discard the undue protection that Surpanakhas get under Hindu Marriage Act. In spite of them breaching most of or all the Seven Vows in most of the cases, which is ignored by law and no identity to innocent husbands seeking divorce is given.

As per the republic definition:
A) Society with equality in members:
I remember Rachna telling me in Europe where equality is in burden and responsibility sharing too. So both partners should earn. And alimony should not be a parasitic tool rather only in selected cases where the lady is acutally dependent and not capable of earning. Here nobody should be pseudo abla and everyone should be equal. And I support this vehemently. But in India the abla status given to even supanakhas give them the facility to suck the wealth of Ram and his family. Again failing to give a Separate Identity.

Identity crises in society too:
“Now, that is your side of the story.” I came across many people who told me this every time that I was been made to narrate my story to them.

Further the same statement “that is your side of the story” was heard with some social workers and counselors too. I wonder if the same statement would have been made to a girl who had gone to register a false complaint for the atrocities made by her In Laws.

I do not defy anyone labeling my narration as 'my side of the story', because as a representative of truth I do not fear litmus tests, but my question is why this is not asked when a girl goes to register a complaint or even during gossips where they are accompanied by the unlimited stocks of crocodile tears. They are taken on face value. The truth is the misuse of 498A is on rise. And the mis branding of ladkewalas is now a fashion statement, eclipsing the very fact of a requirement of Separate Identity.

This mis branding is very painful. Is it that females speak only truth? Is there any other statistic to support this???? Law made under this assumption has made a sLave of Indian families. Please Save Indian Families.

So, You don’t believe that women lie? Okay!!! To start with, ask my age, I will truly say that it is 30 years and 7 months or any other male in that case, but ask a women and there starts the first lie (you know what I mean). The rest follows…. :-D

From Abla (Helpless) to Ghost

Indian Women will be feared as if they were Ghosts or rather worse than that. Why? Well they are working hard for that status. And hard work pays.

Few days back I saw footage on STAR NEWS of a Husband brutually beaten by wife, dumped in a hidden camera. This was a move of a husband who was harassed by his wife since marriage and what he called a 9-12 pm daily torture. And since he was not believed by anyone he had to resort to this method.

The merciless beating by wife on that human being belonging to gender called man was shown on television where anyone could make out the vengeance on the face of the lady spitting, beating, kicking there, slapping left right, punching, knocking on his head with hers, rallying her feat on his face. Oh my god.

Inspite of all this some years back he said he was falsely charged of section 498A and other standard sections that accompany (later reconciled).

Now, the contradiction.

After watching the footage...
- The lady lawyer felt it is just one such case and there is no need to protect the males with help of a special law.

- The psychologist said that, may be, the wife was upset and the 40 hrs footage was not enough to prove her guilty.

- The victimized husband who required sympathy, was instead asked by the host that was that a planned sting operation where since he was conscious he did not react. But I ask wasn’t the fact that he was beaten so mercilessly not enough to realize that he was in trouble?

- Chugh spoke well, but was having nobody supporting him. Instead all the pointers were towards the distorted fact that husband planned a camera, rather than being sympathetic towards that human. All this, adding insult to the injury.

- The wife a typical liar was asked a question that if she was being harassed for dowry? Or was he beating her? She kept mum. Nobody raised the issue that why she forced him to stay separately from his parents. She did pretend to cry, with no tears.

- Police also said that they were handcuffed even to speak against a lady.

Now my question:

- IF the wife filed 498A on the husband and his family in 2003 and that time if only her statement was sufficient (like in all 498A cases) to put the non-compoundable, non-bailable and cognizable, offence. Then WHY the husband’s recording of his wife’s atrocities on camera, much powerful than a statement as evidence is still insufficient as per the law, as the perpetual benefits beyond doubt goes to the merciless wife??????????

Emperor’s New Clothes were once again appreciated by the panel that pretended sleep, leaving the victim and chugh alone.

- Why is the abla status as recognized by law, making women so powerful and man so weak that her statement is enough to harass the whole family where as a live footage of beating by wife to a husband still considered incomplete evidence??????

Well you pretend that you do not understand but those days are not far where certain aakashwani’s would be true.

Swarup says that In very near future guys will not marry any girls and would prefer pre-nuptials or live in relationship or would only hire prostitutes because the law is so biased against males, that the National Highway will witness the decent girls asking for a part time husband.

In other words it means that they will settle for just anybody at any condition as they are fencing themselves so hard today that they will have to give up all their rights in order to be approachable. But people will run away from women as the law has made them so scary like ghosts.

Another powerful statement comes from Bharti who states that the over branding of injustice on females has caused terror in minds of parents and hence female feoticide cases are on rise.

And I feel that with such stand of people on going soft on a culprit who being a female enjoys all the benefits beyond doubts and a male gets kicked because he is a male. Plus the growing rejection of women as wife because of this will lead any women to lead a life dependent on endless conditions to convince that she won’t misuse the law. More and more people will avoid marriage as relationship. With this false wolf cry of women today, the women tomorrow would only loose the respect in the eyes of men and more so female foeticide cases would only rise, as women too would not want their daughters to be feared of and rejected like ghosts.

Its Official: Women are superior to men, in any given field. The trends are showing…

The data generally used for representing women includes the uncivilsed class at large and hence we get a distorted and grotesque, scary and unreal image of the state of Indian women in India. 1 sec, I am talking about the “civilized class.”

Pinch yourself and ask some basic questions to realize the facts.

Women are found leading and no way backward in any of the fields that are arguably ruled by men. While Men are too busy trying to figure out that are they really so outright dumb, stupid characters as branded by certain sexist women or there are areas where they actually top? they were cleverly voted as leaders in some and duffers in others by a voice vote before they could realise and talk or even blog about it. For example...

• Interests
• Sex
• Lies
• Power
• Money
• Atrocities

Let us take each one of them one after another to analyse that women actually top these otherwise perceived as departments ruled by men.

Interests:
They say, Once a lady overheard bunch of guys talking the so called dirty male talk, and she confessed to her friends that even males talk as much dirty as we do.
This is proved by what was published in mid-day somedays back in an article that was decently and shying putting facts across. Those porn stuff being read in the ladies compartment of Mumbai Trains. But a live example is of one of my favourite Indian Lady novelist Shobha De, While reading her works like Surviving Men the language never gives you a whiff of a lady writing those text. What I like about shobhaa de is her attitude of not faking it and being out right “Tapori” err… I mean honest.

Sex:
There was this movie in Bollywood “Fun-Can be Dangerous” where the 3 heroines of the movie pledge in hindi that “Pati-yon ki adla badli ho karr rahegi” meaning that it will be made sure that their husbands will be swapped. Few days back we got the shocking news in Hindustan times that the civilized top society people were found high on rise in so called “Wife Swapping” but the fact was more women responded to these offers, ‘they insisted and preferred the males on chat to write an outright dirty mail instead of mundane hello’. But as rightly argued by SIF Activist "Friend" that "this is infact Husband Swapping as Wives were interested more that husbands."

Money:
Well some tycoon’s desperate daughter is changing her sex to a male, just to claim the stake of money. Someone is marrying rich NRI guy so that one could live a luxurious life, and if things do not work out then “498a hai na”. Apart from that even the system, if not all, but at large (abhi samjho kaun kaun aa jaata hai isme) are focusing on the wrong segment for 498A cases as they are more applicable in uncivilized section where the women are willfully hit on limb etc causing grave hurt, thus, Matching the definition of 498a. But no one is concerned there, beyond collecting data, used for making a law and mixing it with the civilized section and applying there on basis of figures collected from uncivilized section.

Atrocities:
Now the interesting part is the law is not applied at all in the sector from where the data is taken and is applied as a black mailing tool causing legal terrorism in the civilized sector. The hard earned money is siphoned out and circulated to the corrupt system, the guys shell money to safeguard their parents and avoid blackmailing by misuse of sections like 498A in name of dowry demand. This is in civilized sector where dowry is not in practice and to justify the data of uncivilized sector is used thus avoiding the dilution of 498A.

Finally the corrupt system encourages the gross misuse and daughters in law make money that goes undocumented as a blackmail and documented as alimony. So the females reign supreme actually.

Conversly, Just wondering if we have to think of great works in any creative field too that is generally misbranded as soft and feminine...the first ones to come to our mind are...

Great poets we think of Keats, Wordsworth.
Great Philosophers: Socretes, Vivekananda
Great Cooks: Males e.g Sanjeev Kapoors and we (most of us) single Husbands (spare me at this moment)
Great Fashion designers: Gianni Versace,Tommy Hilfiger etc
Great Playwrights/ Authors: Shakesphere, Tagore

...All males!!!

Where as when it comes to the rest that is Money, Interest, Sex, Lies and Atrocities Women reign Supreme. India Today's surveyed data and Khusboo’s highly condemned statement by this blog has also been proven to be true.

Coz "they do wrong but never get caught" and even if they are caught they have their weapons to Combat fatally...Tears etc. Its official.
